Why can't I sign in to Single Sign On?
Answer
If you are having trouble signing in to Single Sign On, try the following:
- Make sure you are using Firefox or Chrome.
- Try this link: https://SSO.centralgatech.edu
- Make sure you are entering your entire email address (Ex: username@student.centralgatech.edu) when trying to log in.
Still not working?
- Try clearing your browser cache. (See How do I clear my cache (browser history)?)
- Are you receiving a 403 error message? (See I keep receiving a 403 error when I attempt to log in to Single Sign On. What can I do to fix it?)
- Reset your password. (See How do I reset my CGTC password? for instructions.)
- If you have tried all the steps above and are still having trouble, call the Communications Center at 478-988-6800 (M-Th 8am-6pm, Fri. 8am-3:30pm) for assistance.
