Why can't I sign in to Single Sign-On?
Answer
If you are having trouble signing in to Single Sign-On, try the following:
- Make sure you are typing in your entire email address (Ex: username@student.centralgatech.edu) when trying to log in.
- Make sure you are using Firefox.
- Clear your browser cache. (See How do I clear my cache (browser history)?)
- Reset your password. (See How do I reset my CGTC password? for instructions.)
- If you have tried all the steps above and are still having trouble, call the Communications Center at 478-988-6800 for assistance.
