Why can't I sign in to Single Sign-On?



If you are having trouble signing in to Single Sign-On, try the following:

  1. Make sure you are typing in your entire email address (Ex: username@student.centralgatech.edu) when trying to log in.
  2. Make sure you are using Firefox.
  3. Clear your browser cache. (See How do I clear my cache (browser history)?)
  4. Reset your password. (See How do I reset my CGTC password? for instructions.)
  5. If you have tried all the steps above and are still having trouble, call the Communications Center at 478-988-6800 for assistance.
