How do I clear my cache (browser history)?

Answer

In general, whether on a computer or mobile device, while in your browser, look for a Menu or Settings button. Then look for a "History" option that will allow you to clear your browsing history or cache. It may also be phrased as clearing your stored (or cached) images and data. • Select what you would like to clear: browsing history, cookies, or cached images and files.

  • If you are having issues logging into Single Sign-On, make sure you select and clear everything under the Advanced Tab, including passwords and autofill data.
