Why am I getting an “unable to sign in” error when I try logging into my email, GALILEO, or the SSO page?


If you are sure you are typing your email and password correctly, then here is the solution. You need to log in every time using your full CGTC email address. You may be able to access Blackboard using only the first part of your email – but logging in that way will prevent you from accessing SSO, email, and other important student resources.  To fix the issue, first clear your browser history. Then visit http://sso.centralgatech.edu and sign in using your full email address (ex: jdoe1@student.centralgatech.edu)

Please note – the error message below is also what you receive if you typed your password incorrectly. So – that is also a possibility.
