Why does it keep going back to the login screen after I have already successfully logged in to Single Sign-On (SSO)?

It is recommended you use Firefox when using CGTC online (Single Sign-On, Blackboard, etc.).
The log-in loop problem usually stems from a browser compatibility issue. Try clearing your browser's cache. For instructions on how to clear your cache, see How do I clear my cache (browser history)?
Note: If using Chrome, you have to clear all of the browsing data under the Advanced Tab. Make sure everything, including passwords and autofill data, is checked.
