I keep receiving a 403 error when I attempt to log in to Single Sign On. What can I do to fix it?

Answer

A 403 error can occur for several reasons, but it is most often the result of attempting to log in too many times with invalid credentials. This can lead to your IP address being blocked by the system. Here are a few solutions you can try to resolve the error:

  1. Try logging in to Single Sign On using this clean URL: https://SSO.centralgatech.edu

  2. Call the Communications Center at 478-988-6800 (extension 1) to request assistance from IT. (Please note: the Communications Center is available Mon.-Thurs. 8am-6pm, and Fri. 8am-3:30pm.)

  3. Wait 24 hours before attempting to log in again. (The block on your IP address should automatically clear 24 hours after your last log in attempt.)
