How do I contact BibliU support?

Answer

  1. Within the BibliU app, select the Support button located in the lower-right corner of the screen.

  1. You can search for frequently asked questions in the "How can we help?" search bar.

  1. If you don't see the answer to your question, you can leave a message for the BibliU support team by selecting "Leave us a message."

  1. Fill out the form. Try to include as much detail as possible about the issue you are experiencing in the "How can we help you?" field.

  1. Attach any relevant screenshots.

  1. Select Send. A member of BibliU support will reply to you at the email address you provided.
