How can I prevent myself from getting locked out of my CGTC account if I ever lose access to my phone?

Add more than one phone number to your account. In addition to your primary phone number, add a second phone number to your account. This may help you log into your account in case you ever lose access to your primary phone.
You must be able to log into your account to add a second phone number. If you cannot log into your account, please call the Communications Center at 478-988-6800 (option 1) or view the FAQs linked below.
How to add an additional phone number to your account:
- Log into Single Sign On.
- From the top right corner, select the arrow next to your name. Select Settings from the drop-down menu.
- Select Edit Profile.
- You will be prompted to enter your password (possibly more than once) and verify your account with a security method before you can proceed.
- Scroll down to Security Methods, and select Set up another next to Phone. Follow the prompts to add another phone number.
