I can’t log in to my Student Technology accounts. What do I need to do?

- Make sure you are using the correct web browser. Our student technology sites run best on Mozilla Firefox. If using another browser, you may need to try clearing your internet history/cache and seeing if that fixes the issue.
- If you are still having issues, you should check that you are using the correct login information. You can use the Student Portal to look up your Student ID Number, Username, and Email Address. Click Forgot Student ID Number, Username, or Email Address? under the green Login button. Fill in all the information on the next page and then click the green Lookup! Button.
- If that still doesn’t work, you can try resetting your password from the Single Sign On login screen. See How do I reset my CGTC password? for detailed instructions.
- After you reset your password, you need to change it to something that is easier to remember. See How do I change my password?
