How do I join a Webex meeting?

There are several ways to join a Webex meeting.
- Email Invite
Did you receive an email invitation to a meeting? When it's time for the meeting to start, select the "Join Meeting" button located in the email. Or add a scheduled meeting to your calendar. Check out How do I accept an email invitation to join a Webex meeting? for more information.
- Enter the Meeting Number
If you know the meeting number of a meeting, you can visit cgtc.webex.com, and enter the meeting number and password to join. See also: Where can I find the meeting number or URL required to join a Webex meeting?
- Join by App
Want to join from the Webex app? Open the app, select "Join Meeting," enter the meeting number or URL of the meeting, your name and email address, and select "Join."
- Join by Phone
You can also call to join a meeting. From your phone, call 1-408-418-9388 and enter the meeting number to join. (This is an audio connection only. You will not be able to see the video feed by calling in alone.)
