How do I accept an email invitation to join a Webex meeting in Outlook?

When you receive an email invitation to join a Webex meeting, you can select "Yes" or "Accept" to accept the invitation.
Once you accept the invitation, the email will move from your inbox to your Outlook calendar.
It will be listed as an appointment on the day and time that the meeting is scheduled.
You can click on the appointment to access the meeting information, which includes the green "Join Meeting" button. If Outlook is open, you will also receive a reminder 15 minutes before the meeting begins.
