Why am I seeing a personal data retention and usage message when I try to access EBSCO?


The first time you attempt to access an EBSCO database, you may be asked to consent to the collection of personalized data. EBSCO uses this data to improve their products. We highly recommend that you select “Yes.” Selecting “No” has been observed to create problems and may prevent you from accessing the database.
