How do I change my primary phone number or address in BannerWeb?

First, check to see which phone numbers we have on file for you:
- Go to www.centralgatech.edu and click BannerWeb at the top of the screen
- Login using your user name (the part of your student email address before the @ sign) and your password (you can look up your user name and/or reset your password in the Student Portal)
- Once logged into BannerWeb, click Personal Information
- Click View Address(es) and Phone(s)
If you need to add, update, or remove a phone number:
- Go to the Student Portal https://portal.centralgatech.edu/index.php
- Login using your user name and your password
- Click Forms, then click Telephone Change
- Complete the form and then click the Submit Form button
- Your request will be sent to our Admissions Office for processing
