How can I reset the multi-factor authentication options for my SSO account?

Answer

You can reset your multi-factor authentication option without resetting your password. This is useful in case you ever lose access to the phone or phone number that was originally used to set up your Single Sign-On account.
 

  1. Visit Single Sign On.
     
  2. Select Reset Password and unlock account.

  3. Fill out the Personal Information section.

  4. In the Reset Options section, under Reset multi-factor authentication... select Yes, reset my multi-factor authentication.

  5. Then, choose Submit and follow the prompts to set up a new multi-factor authentication option.
