How do I use the Designer feature in PowerPoint 365?

The Designer feature in PowerPoint 365 allows you to easily customize your presentation. The Designer is adaptive, meaning it offers design suggestions based on the words or content that you add to your slides.

 

Desktop version:

  1. From the Home or Design tab, select Design Ideas.
  2. Choose a design from the Design Ideas pane.
  3. Scroll down and select See More Design Ideas to see more.

PowerPoint 365 desktop version

 

Web browser version:

  1. Select Design.
  2. Select Designer.
  3. Choose a design from the Designer pane.
  4. Scroll down and select See More Design Ideas to see more.
