How can I get tutoring help when the ASC is closed?

Answer

If the ASC is closed and you need tutoring help ASAP, you can use the AI Tutor, our online 24/7 tutoring service.

  1. Log in to Single Sign On.
     
  2. Select the AI Tutor tile.

  3. Sign in with your Single Sign On username and password.
     
  4. Select Start Chat to get started.
     
  5. Choose the subject you need help with, or enter the subject in the 'Other' field if you don't already see it listed.
     
  6. Enter your question or problem in the Send a message box to begin chatting with the AI Tutor.
