Q. What is the difference between the library and the lending library?
The CGTC Library is an open communal area where students can have access to books, computers, printing & copying services, study areas, and general assistance with several aspects of academic and campus life. All you need is your student information (ID number, email address/password) to gain access to a wealth of resources.
The Lending Library is handled by the Special Populations division. Assistance for textbook purchases are based on student's needs for their classes. In order to request help, submit an application, await approval and receive confirmation that your books are available.
The CGTC libraries do not administer the lending library and will not able to answer questions about your application status. To find out who to contact, find your county of residence below.
