I am not getting the authentication code when I try to login?

Answer

If you are having issues with receiving your SSO login code via text, please make sure you are clicking the “send code” button after typing in your password.

 

If you are clicking the "send code" button and still not receiving a code, you should try resetting your MFA Verification Phone Number.

 

To reset your MFA:

  1. Click Single Sign On from the CGTC homepage.

  2. Next, click the Reset password and unlock account link.

  3. Enter the requested information as prompted. (All fields are required and all information must be entered exactly as it appears in our records.)

  • If you have any issues with this form or resetting your password, please contact our Communications Center at (478) 988-6800.

  1. Select the drop-down menu under Reset Password? Choose Yes, reset my MFA. And select Submit.
