Can I order duplicate copies of my degree / diploma / certificate?

Yes, you can request duplicate credentials online.

  • Visit Forms & Transcripts.
  • Scroll down and select Request Duplicate Credential.
  • Please fill out the form and return it to the Registrar’s Office in person or by email.
