what types of charts will I see on the TEAS?
Answer
The types of graphs you will encounter on the TEAS range from bar to scatter plots. First we have the bar graphs which are used to compare distinct categories groups like prices, counts and average per group. Next we have the line graphs which show trends or changes in data over time. Then we have pie charts in which they show proportions, fractions or percentages that add up to a whole. From there we have scatter plots which are used to examine the relationship or correlation between two numerical variables. Lastly we have cartesian coordinate graphs that are used to plot points, lines or functions using perpendicular x and y axes.
