How do you go from logarithmic to natural log?
Answer
In order to go from logarithmic to natural log. You would have to use the change of base formula. When using this formula you would first divide the natural log of of the main number by the natural log of the old base. When encountering this kind of problem identify the original number and the base of your log expression. Then write the natural log of the number on top of the fraction as In(x). Next, you would write the natural log of the old base on the bottom of the fraction as In(b). Lastly, combine them into the final formula to complete the process.
