How do I use the metric line to convert the base unit place to the decimal place?
Answer
There are a couple steps when it comes convert using a metric line. First, you would have to identify the unit of measurements on the metric line. Second, once you have that done you would have to recall that there is one decimal place between the base unit place. Once you have figured it out you would then move the decimal point in the correct direction.
