What is the point slope formula?
Answer
The point slope formula is used when you have a slope and an ordered pair. In this case you would do this when you have questions revolving around parallel and perpendicular lines. You would need this formula in order to make it a slope intercept formula (Y=MX+B). Remember with these types of problems that M is our slope and for our ordered pair it is (X,Y).
